Dr. Jeff Sack is a board-certified cardiologist who is specializing in conservative Regenerative Cardiology using Hyperbaric Oxygen, Ozone Therapy, NAD+, Vitamin infusions, Hyperthermia, Chelation Therapy, Lipid Exchange, PK Protocol, Peptide Therapy, Stem Cells, Exosomes, and Lifestyle / Nutritional Programs. Ronald Bramson, DPM, PA-C
Dr. Bramson received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1974. He attended the Illinois College of Podiatry Medicine, where he graduated in 1978. He later went on to obtain a degree at Essex University in Maryland as a Physician Assistant in 1997. Dr. Bramson worked as both a Podiatrist and an Orthopedic Physician Assistant for close to 15 years in orthopedic practice in Fort Washington, Maryland. He has extensive experience in Orthopedics which includes assisting in hundreds of surgical procedures such as total knee and hip replacements. He is now “playing for the other side” using PRP, Stem Cells, Exosome, Prolotherapy, and Prolozone to stimulate the body to repair itself. With his extensive background as a podiatrist, he brings a great advantage to Advanced Rejuvenation with our lower extremity cases such as lower back pain, hip, knee, foot, and ankle.
John Lieurance, D.C., RMA, DACNB (Board Eligible)
Dr. John A. Lieurance is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Naturopath (no license in FL), Registered Medical Assistant, and Performs Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He has been in practiced for 28 years. Dr. Lieurance is a regular guest on many media outlets, and has been on the Documentary “Pain Revealed”, is a contributor for both ABC 7 news, and SNN news, as well as on popular podcasts like Ben Greenfield Life, Luke Storey and CellTV with Dr. Dan Pompa. He is a personal doctor to Dana White CEO of UFC, famous big wave surfers such as Garrett MacNamara and CJ Macias and many on HBO’s 100 ft Wave Series and works with many professional athletes. Dr. Lieurance has a gift for difficult cases with the successful integration of Functional Neurology, Chiropractic, Naturopathy, and Functional Medicine, Detoxification Programs, and SunaVae inner ear therapy. His Musculoskeletal Ultrasound training includes over 100 hours through the Gulf Coast Ultrasound Institute, 60 hours through AAOM, 90 hours through AOAPRM, and 60 through TOBI. He also has extensive training for sterile lab procedures and the processing of blood platelets, bone marrow aspirate, and adipose tissue through Oregon Biologics, Emcyte Corporation, Ron Gardener, M.D. (orthopedic surgeon), Regenestem, and the Ageless Regenerative Institute. He has been an assistant instructor for hands-on practicum for diagnosis using musculoskeletal ultrasound for the 3rd Annual Platelet Rich Plasma & Regenerative Medicine Symposium in Los Angeles, California in 2015. In 2016, He was a speaker at the Florida Chiropractic Physicians Association (FCPA) in Orlando, Florida on Clinical Applications of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He has completed training with Dr. Richie Shoemaker in 2019 for diagnosis & treatment of CIRS and with the “Shoemaker Protocol”. His techniques include Continuing Chiropractic Education: Chiropractic Neurology, – Applied Kinesiology “AK”, Cold Laser Therapy, Extremity Adjusting, Lumbar and Cervical Disc Decompression, Pettibon Scoliosis, Carrick Institute of Functional Neurology: Vestibular Rehabilitation & Movement Disorders in 2012,’16, ’17, ’18. He is the author of Melatonin: Miracle Molecule, Magic Bullet: Methylene Blue, and Its All In Your Head. Dr. Lieurance is the developer of Functional Cranial Release and teaches, as well as certifies, these methods to doctors around the world.
Laisy Almanza, N.P., Nurse Practitioner
Using high definition ultrasound (MSK) and Regenerative Injection Therapy such as: Prolotherapy, Prolozone, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), VSEL’s (Very Small Embryonic Stem Cell’s) and Bone Marrow Aspirate (BMA). She is a SunaVae provider. Also using the most cutting-edge physical therapy such as Stem Wave, Laser Therapy, CVAC and Hyperbaric Oxygen and VibroAcustic Therapy to support healing. She also has trained under Dr John Lieurance with issues surrounding Lyme, Chronic Viral Infections & Mold illness as well as toxicity form heavy metals (Chelation Therapy).
She began her career by receiving a bachelor’s degree in biology with a biomedical concentration from the University of South Florida. She then obtained a master’s degree in medical science from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. At this point she decided that a career in nursing, along with her degree from LECOM, could really allow her to provide the care she felt patients deserved. This led her to obtain a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in nursing to become a family nurse practitioner. After working several years in traditional medical settings including hospitals, it became even clearer that she wanted to follow a less traditional path to health and wellness. She has great interest in using the most natural and least invasive options to aid the body’s own ability to heal. Finding the root cause of a patient’s illness instead of simply treating the symptoms is her focus. Her goal is making sure that patients can return to doing all the things they love to do and can live happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives.
