I feel the intermittent and the monthly 3-6 day water fasts were the most effective aspect and will continue to incorporate a fasting lifestyle into my life. I really like the Mitozen products.
I found the analysis of my labs and protocol very helpful, as well as the personalization of the recommendations. I liked learning more about differing supplements and approaches to work with my health. It was awesome to have Tara's support the whole way through. It was a solid supplement program and I liked the way it changed monthly.

At the completion of my program, I had lost 44 lbs, my inflammation had decreased and I was able to remedy mold in our home with the devices Tara recommended in 6 weeks, so that was a huge relief. I also have a lot more energy, am clear headed, and I'm working out again!
