Secret’s to work out with less time and better results!

Slow cadence resistance training on high-end med-x equipment in my office. It has changed my perspective of pain and gain with regards to working out. I have found that this form of training is healthier, more efficient, and produces great results for a variety of fitness goals.

It is not always easy to achieve your fitness goals. If it was, everyone would be in perfect shape. But if you are determined, hard-working, and you follow the advice from places like acommunityofthehorse.com then it’s definitely possible. That advice includes making short term goals (which have to be realistic) and daily plans. The key there is daily, as you’ve got to be consistent. You also need to track your progress so that you can measure whether or not you are achieving your goals.

Increasing muscle mass is important for every person. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, rehab a joint like a hip, knee, or shoulder, or looking to get into fabulous shape this method is for you. The way it works is that you do your repetitions to an absolute failure point by doing slow movements with resistance. I like the med-x machines for there smoothness and ability to properly position people for perfect form. We find that a 20-30 minute work out is adequate for most people done twice a week. Watch this video to see examples of how it looks. Our fitness center is called the Super Slow Zone. Your first work out is always no charge to come in and try it.
